DOM-INNO AMOREX is inspired by the rising demand for corporate addresses at Banani 11.    It is a landmark designed by Md.  Abdus Salam, principal architect of Profile   Limited.    It is a    highly desired building destination in a futuristic way. The modern facilitated tower at the prime location mingles perfectly with rising commercial needs. The concept was to create two separate masses connected by a central transparent bridge to give it a contemporary look.   The facades were kept simple without any ornamentations and modern materials were proposed.   Its simple geometry and unique features merge with the urban commercial quality.  Its facades reflect the finest formal impression of the city.  The amenities inside     Amorex ensure amusement for people to relieve exhaustion and stress.  The insignia high-rise building provides 1405 square feet unit of floor area in two splitting squarish masses. Highly attractive and inviting grand urban space has been introduced at road level which is dedicated to the pedestrian traffic consisting of both the users and visitors.  Uninterrupted vehicular entry access is being developed as a better solution. This access to the building is convenient and at a different level. the design is developed considering the civic scenario of Banani 11 in mind.  The creation of urban space at road level eases pedestrian access and separate vehicular entry which enhances public encouragement towards the building. The usage of curtain glass at ground level promotes connectivity with the exterior from the road level.    The ground floor is designed to encourage civic gatherings by introducing restaurant spaces, showrooms, or one-stop malls.   Moreover, an exclusive lobby, a grand reception area, and other facilities such as a toilet and kitchenette are also introduced on the ground floor. Basements are facilitated allowing enough provision for natural daylighting and ventilation.  31 cars are accommodated in three basements.  Well-circulated ramp with a car nameplate and allotted lighting for every car parking space is installed.  Along with spacious waiting areas for drivers are designed with electronic announcement systems available.

Rooftop at Amorex is facilitated with an exclusive rooftop garden and concealed exterior lighting to uplift the aesthetics of the space. Community service, toilet, kitchenette, and outdoor seating spaces are also included.
