Triggering the desires of urban minds, Architect Abdus Salam has consciously designed the project with maximizing the extent of nature in every possible form. The main highlight of this project is the unique blend of nature with grandeur and luxury. Grazioso is a residential apartment building providing all the exclusive modern amenities and also a step ahead in challenging architecture to echo a new paradigm of luxury in a simple lifestyle.
This project is developed by DOM-INNO Construction Ltd. and the architect is Md. Abdus Salam. The ownership of this land tells an aristocratic background as the land as that is from former Justice KM Sobhan who was a former justice of Bangladesh Supreme Court, a diplomat and an activist who also served as the ambassador of Bangladesh to Germany and Czechoslovakia.
This 13 storied residential complex has a total of 96 apartments, with eight apartments on each floor the complex is divided into four vertical segments. Except for the basement and mezzanine level, all other floors are for residential purpose. The four apartment wings are centered around a green play area at ground level to create a healthy community space for its inhabitants. Also, the presence of water by the addition of a swimming pool on the ground floor has contributed well to creating a cool ambience with a sense of tranquility. The diversified nature of spaces has been well balanced by thoughtful play of light, green, water and the mere necessities of the urban habitats. Poolside lounge, well-equipped gymnasium for male and female, library, laundry service, central open to sky plaza, blending of all such spaces creates a sense of grandeur. Grazioso has two basements that accommodate a parking facility of 138 cars alongside the other necessary amenities.
The standard apartments have three bedrooms, three balconies, and three bathrooms with both wet and dry spaces, dining room, family and formal living room, servant accommodation, kitchen and all the other regular facilities. The community spaces and the living areas are thoughtfully designed to receive ample natural light.
One of the most exclusive features of this project is the opportunity of living through generations by joining the adjacent apartments (2/3/4) all together in a well-synced manner. The marvelous interlocking zone of Grazioso will be converted into a family gathering space flanked by big chunk of green garden and fountain which resembles the traditional “Utthan” in urban context.
Architect Abdus Salam and his brilliant team of Profile Limited Architects and Engineers, put their technical knowledge and efforts to integrate the serenity of Nature with the simple boldness of Structure. Reaching the top of Grazioso gives a sense of freedom for its inhabitants. The rooftop gives a feeling of conscious recreating of the ground at almost 150 ft height. A bridge-like walking track at the upper levels seamlessly connects the four towers ensuring a well-balanced social mix among the inhabitants to facilitate all of them equally. Conscious design integration of green chunks, splendid sitting spaces, Community Hall, Ambulatory Walking track, Bar-B-Q facilities and other amenities have created a peaceful ambience under the sky.
